Webber Solutions LLC
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 25, 2026
These terms explain the ground rules for using this website and working with Webber Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the Webber Repair Solutions service, including customer accounts, repair services, and payments. Please read them before requesting or approving a repair.
1. Agreement and website use
By using this website, contacting us about a repair, or approving a written estimate or work order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the site or authorize work. A repair estimate, work order, or written agreement may add terms for a particular job; if it conflicts with these general terms, the job-specific writing controls for that repair.
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, probe accounts or systems without permission, submit malicious code, or use it to violate another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or our business.
Site descriptions are general information, not a promise that a particular device is repairable, that a part is available, or that a service is available in every location. We may correct inaccuracies, update the site, or decline a request that is outside our capabilities or that we cannot safely or lawfully perform.
2. Accounts, repair requests, and estimates
Customer accounts let you submit and track repair requests, appointments, device and service details, estimates, approvals, invoices, receipts, messages, and files associated with your service. Staff accounts are for authorized personnel and may provide access to customer records and business operations appropriate to the staff member's assigned role and rank. Keep your sign-in provider account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Sending a question, booking an appointment, or describing a device problem does not by itself create a repair contract. A repair is authorized only when we accept the device and you approve the applicable work scope and charges in the account, work order, or other written or electronic record. The approved estimate or work order and these terms together govern the service. If a job-specific writing conflicts with these general terms, the job-specific writing controls for that repair.
- Diagnosis: We will disclose any diagnostic or inspection fee and obtain your approval before performing chargeable diagnostic work. A diagnosis is based on the symptoms and tests available at the time; intermittent, hidden, or additional faults may only appear later.
- Estimates: An estimate is based on the information and condition available when it is prepared. It is not a final invoice or a guarantee that no additional work will be needed. If we find that the scope or expected price needs to change, we will request approval before doing the additional chargeable work.
- Parts and methods: The written estimate or work order should identify material parts or repair choices. Parts may be new, refurbished, original-equipment, or compatible aftermarket parts as disclosed for the job. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different part or method without your approval.
- Appointments and timing: Appointment and completion times are estimates unless we expressly guarantee them in writing. Parts availability, shipping, the condition of the device, and newly discovered problems can affect timing. We will update service status and contact you through the account or the contact method on file.
- Repair outcome: We will use reasonable care, but a repair cannot guarantee recovery of data, restoration of water-damaged or previously modified equipment, or prevention of future failures unrelated to the approved work.
3. Your responsibilities and device data
You confirm that you own the device or are authorized by its owner to request the work. Tell us about known damage, liquid exposure, prior repair attempts, security locks, unusual behavior, and any safety concern that could affect diagnosis or repair.
Before handing over a device, make a current backup and remove SIM, memory, and other removable cards or accessories unless they are needed for the approved work. Repair, testing, software changes, or an existing fault may cause data loss, device reset, loss of settings, or reduced access to stored data. We do not promise to back up, preserve, recover, or restore your data unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or account credentials in ordinary messages. If access is necessary to perform a specific approved test, we will explain why and agree on a safer way to provide only the access needed. You are responsible for removing personal accounts or disabling device locks where practical; do not bypass another person's access controls or provide credentials you are not authorized to use.
Provide accurate contact and pickup information, respond to approval requests, and tell us promptly if your instructions change. We may pause work while waiting for your decision or information.
Use account messaging and file uploads only for information relevant to your service. Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or third-party material you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit.
4. Repair recordings and promotional use
Every repair is recorded on camera for the protection of you and our technicians and to document the work performed. Recording is required for repair service. We will provide the repair recording with the post-repair receipt. A recording may capture a customer's face or voice.
Promotional use is optional. The work order or invoice will require you to make a separate yes-or-no choice about opting out: selecting “Yes, opt me out” means we will not use your footage promotionally; selecting “No, I do not opt out” means you affirmatively authorize promotional use. We will not treat a blank or missing answer as permission, and we will not publish footage before you make this choice. Your selected choice will be recorded on the work order or invoice. You may withdraw permission at any time before publication by contacting us through your account or in writing. If you grant permission, you may separately ask us to exclude your face and voice; where requested, we will blur your image and mask your voice. Declining or withdrawing promotional permission does not affect your repair or the required service recording.
We will not publish your name, contact details, private device or account information, payment information, or other private information, even if you ask us to. We will review promotional footage and edit or redact private information before publication. After publication, you may contact us to request removal. We will take reasonable steps to remove content we control, but cannot guarantee removal of copies saved, shared, or reposted by others or retained by a social media platform.
5. Payments, cancellations, and device pickup
The estimate or work order will state the price, any diagnostic charge, applicable taxes, parts, shipping, and when payment is due. We will not add unapproved repair work to the bill, except as required to protect a person or property in an urgent situation; if that occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Payment methods and any deposit or special-order parts terms will be disclosed before you approve the work.
Online payments are collected through an embedded Stripe payment form. Stripe processes your payment and handles your card information under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card number or security code. Your account may show payment status, transaction details, invoices, and receipts. Any taxes, deposits, or other charges will be shown before you approve or pay them; we will not add an undisclosed payment surcharge.
You may ask to cancel before work is completed. You remain responsible for diagnostic work, approved labor already performed, taxes, and parts or other costs that were specifically approved and cannot reasonably be cancelled or returned, to the extent permitted by law. Any remaining deposit or refund will be handled under the written estimate and applicable law.
A refund is not automatic for every cancellation or repair complaint. If a repair is unsuccessful due to a part failure or our error, you may request a full refund. The three-attempt resolution and the remedies for damage caused by our technicians are described below. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible; the time for funds to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or payment provider.
We will make reasonable efforts to tell you when a device is ready and arrange a reasonable pickup or return method. Pickup deadlines, storage fees, shipping charges, and the process for devices not collected must be disclosed in the applicable work order before they apply. We will not claim ownership of or dispose of an uncollected device except as permitted by applicable law and after any required notices.
If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly with the invoice and a description of the issue so we can review it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Limited warranty, refunds, and damage
Every repair includes a limited warranty lasting two months from the date you receive the repaired device. It covers only the specific parts we replaced and the labor we performed. It does not cover unrelated device issues, subsequent accidental damage, water damage, or user negligence. Contact us through your account or in writing during the warranty period and describe the original repair issue so we can review it.
If a repair is unsuccessful due to parts failure or our error, you may request a full refund for the service. If we attempt to fix the original issue and fail on three total attempts, counting the initial repair, we will issue a full refund for the service. The three-attempt remedy applies to attempts to resolve that same original issue under this warranty. The device is returned as-is and the standard warranty is closed after the refund.
Issuing a refund for a repair voids that device's standard warranty, and no further free repairs will be provided on that device under this warranty. This does not waive or limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive or limit.
If our technicians directly cause additional damage to your device during repair, we will replace the damaged component at our expense. If our error makes the device permanently unrepairable, we will replace it with an equivalent model in similar pre-repair condition or compensate you for its fair market value immediately before the repair. These remedies do not limit any rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
A device may also be subject to a manufacturer warranty, carrier agreement, or protection plan. Repair by an independent shop may affect that coverage; check with the relevant provider if this is a concern. We are not affiliated with device manufacturers unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Website content and third-party services
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Webber Solutions LLC and protected by applicable law. You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial reference. You may not reproduce, sell, or misrepresent our content or branding without permission.
The site may link to third-party services for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The website is provided for general information and, to the extent permitted by law, “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no website warranty beyond any warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Webber Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from site use or a repair, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. To the extent a limitation is allowed, our total liability for a claim relating to a particular repair will not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, to liability that cannot be limited, to our express commitments for technician-caused damage described above, or to rights and remedies that cannot be waived.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or personal injury or property damage to the extent such liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Tennessee, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. You and we remain free to seek informal resolution first. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms.
10. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms as the business or law changes. The “Effective date” above shows when the current version was published. Changes apply prospectively; the terms accepted in a signed or approved work order continue to govern that repair unless you and we agree otherwise in writing or law requires a different result.
If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent allowed. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
